REFUND POLICY
If your letter does not arrive or arrives damaged, you are entitled to receive a replacement for that particular letter.
All subscriptions are set to renew automatically. Your card will be charged, and your subscription will continue on a monthly basis until you cancel it. If you do not wish for your subscription to continue, please log in to your account and cancel your subscription at any time.
If you enter your shipping address incorrectly during checkout and we dispatch your letters, you will not be entitled to a refund. However, as a courtesy, we will resend your letters to the corrected address. It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any address changes or to update their address via their customer dashboard. We will resend letters to the updated address for up to 3 months (90 days). Any letters mailed more than 90 days prior are not eligible for a refund or resend.
If you cancel your subscription via the customer dashboard, you will receive a cancellation email confirming that your account has been cancelled. If you email us to request cancellation, we will notify you once the account has been cancelled. You can also log in to your account to check whether your subscription is active or cancelled. If you are still being charged, this means your account was not successfully cancelled.
